Dr. Sweta Leena Hota accomplished her academic journey at Utkal University. She earned her M.Com and Ph.D. degrees from the P.G Department of Commerce at Utkal University and completed an MBA at the same institution. Boasting over a decade of teaching expertise backed by 8 years of prominent banking experience at institutions like CitiBank and Axis Bank, she seamlessly integrates corporate insights into the curriculum she delivers. Dr. Hota's professional profile includes active participation in numerous National and International Seminars and Workshops. Her scholarly contributions extend to more than 20 research papers, which have been published in esteemed International and National Journals.
