Dr. Firoj is a dedicated Human Resource Professional with around 25 years of experience in different areas of Human Resource Management both in industry and academics at National and International level. He has successfully implemented Human Resource systems and processes to enable employees deliver their full potential while having the maximum satisfaction. Worked toward developing the potential of the staff members by utilizing appropriate tools and techniques, identifying the skill gaps and suggesting ways to bridge the same. Conducted several Management Development Programs for working executives. Delivered classroom level courses at Graduate and Post Graduate levels in the area of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management.
