Jyotisankar Mishra is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the School of Social, Financial & Human Sciences, KIIT Deemed to be University. Before joining KIIT he also worked as a Guest Faculty of Commerce at Rajdhani College, Bhubaneswar, and Assistant Professor of Commerce at Sai International College of Commerce, Bhubaneswar. A Graduate of BJB College, Bhubaneswar with first class & distinction, he obtained his Master's Degree from P. G. Department of Commerce, Utkal University. He also qualified for UGC-NET in Commerce. A passionate teacher who believes in innovative and participative teaching-learning, Mishra keeps on experimenting in his classes with interdisciplinary teaching. He teaches Accounting, Organizational Theory and Behaviour, Leadership, and entrepreneurship. His research interest includes areas like Leadership and human resource accounting.
