Dr. Giridhari Sahoo, graduated from Utkal University, obtained his M. Com, and Ph.D. Degree from P.G Department of Commerce, Utkal University, M.Phil. Degree from School of Commerce and Management Studies, Ravenshaw University and MBA Degree from Department of Business Administration, Utkal University. His area of Ph.D is Sustainability Reporting Practices of Indian Corporates. He has qualified UGC NET in both Commerce and Management subject.

He is a faculty member of KSFH in the areas of Accounting & Finance, Corporate Reporting, Portfolio Management, Research Methodology. He has more than ten years of teaching experience. His research interests include sustainability reporting, integrated reporting, accounting fraud detection, sustainable finance, and recent trends in corporate reporting. To his credit, he has attended many national and international seminars, workshops, FDPs, and training programs. He has authored more than ten research papers in international and national level Journal and published three Patents.
