Dr. Debasis Pahi is Currently working as an Assistant Professor in the School of Social, Financial, and Human Sciences, KIIT Deemed to be University. He received his Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur (IIT Kharagpur). His research focuses on ESG, Climate and Business, corporate finance, corporate governance, accounting standards, accounting education and pedagogy, international finance, and climate finance. His research has been published in leading academic journals such as Managerial Finance, the Journal of Asia Business Studies, Asia- Pacific Financial Markets, and the International Journal of Trade, Economics, and Finance. He regularly participates in and presents his research articles and case studies in various international, national and state-level seminars. He has been awarded the T.J. PARK POSCO ASIA Fellowship, the UGC Rank Holder Fellowship, and the Best Student Award in his academic career. He is a life member of various associations like the All India Commerce Association, the All India Accounting Association, the All Odisha Commerce Association, and The Indian Econometric Society.
