Dr. Arya Kumar is an accomplished Assistant Professor at KIIT Deemed to be University, who is highly regarded for his expertise in a broad range of subjects. His interdisciplinary coverage of theoretical and practical aspects of many subjects is highly valued by his students and colleagues alike. Dr. Kumar's extensive expertise in project management is highlighted by his significant role in the ICSSR-funded project "Beti Bachao Beti Padhao (B3P): An Empowerment Model To Curb Female Foeticide And Misogyny In Tribal Odisha". His adeptness in navigating complex societal issues is demonstrated through in-depth research, complemented by his consecutive reception of nine best paper awards on national and international platforms, showcasing his dedication to impactful research. His recent attainment of three patent awards not only underscores his innovative thinking but also his ability to transform ideas into practical solutions. Dr. Kumar's proven academic and innovative prowess underscores his remarkable capabilities and resolute commitment to advancing knowledge and addressing vital challenges.

With over 12 years of teaching experience, Dr. Kumar has published more than 50 papers in international peer-reviewed journals such as Scopus, WOS, ABDC, and UGC Care listed Journals like Emerald, Inderscience, Springer, Willey, Taylor and Francis. He is a certified reviewer for several journals, and he is presently on the editorial board for the "Academy of Marketing Studies Journal- ABDC-B" and a bi-annual Journal (Brindavan Journal of Management & Computer Science). Dr. Kumar is highly active in many national and international seminars and conferences as a Session chair, convenor, and coordinator. He has also served as a guest editor for the journal Environment and Social Psychology and International Management Review. Recently, he has taken on the role of Executive Editor for the International Journal of Finance, Entrepreneurship & Sustainability. Dr. Kumar's main areas of expertise include Financial Derivative, Econometric, Behavioural Finance, Financial Management, Strategic Management, Research Methodology, and other related areas. He is a lifetime member of the Indian Accounting Association and the Odisha Commerce Association, which further demonstrates his commitment to his profession. Lastly, Dr. Kumar has authored two texts for UG and PG students of Commerce and Management, which showcases his dedication to educating the next generation of students in his field. Overall, Dr. Arya Kumar is a highly respected and accomplished academic, who has made significant contributions to his profession.
