It is truly prestigious that out of 40 institutions in Odisha, the KIIT School of Social, Financial and Human Sciences had been selected to conduct the Mega Event of ‘Yuva Samvad’.

The programme was graced by Shri Jyoti Prakash Mishra [(IRCTC) , Chief Passenger Transportation Manager (CPTM), East Coast Railways ] as the Chief Guest. Other guests included Prof Keshab Das ( KSFH Dean ) ; Ajit Kushwaha ( Youth Affair Officer ) and Dr. Smruti Ranjan Das ( NSS Program Officer of KSFH, KIIT- DU ).

More than 175 NSS Voulnteers joined the event. In this Yuva Samvad, NSS volunteers presented their views in the Declamation Competition on one of the three topics which included Panch Pran, Vikshit Bharat and India@2047. The competition was judged by Mr. Satwik Patnaik, Dr. Lopamudra Lenka and Dr. Tulasi Malini Maharatha. We are glad to announce the winners – Congratulations to Priyanshi Tiwari ( CSE, KIIT ) who secured the first position; Sonali Palei (Economics department of KSFH,KIIT) secured the second place; Anwesha Das (Economics department of KSFH,KIIT) and Manaswini Praharaj (Economics department of KSFH,KIIT) secured the third prize.

The programme was followed by mesmerizing cultural events based on the theme of Youth Empowerment.

Yuva Samvad proved to be great platform to propagate the concept of national integration, spirit of communal harmony, brotherhood, courage and adventure among the youth.
